China Salt Guoben Salt Industry Co., Ltd. is a holding enterprise of China Salt Industry Co., Ltd., established in September 2006, with a total registered capital of 59.9768 million yuan.Historical evolution:On September 27, 2006, China National Salt Corporation completed its industrial and commercial registration with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.On September 29, 2006, China Salt Guoben Salt Industry Co., Ltd. was officially established at the Shangri La Hotel in Beijing.On the morning of June 29, 2013, the trial operation ceremony of China National Salt Industry R&D and Transformation Center was held at the R&D and Transformation Center in Tianjin Binhai New Area.On September 17, 2013, the completion ceremony of the "China Salt Industry R&D and Transformation Center" invested and built by China National Salt Corporation in Tianjin Binhai New Area was held.On May 14, 2019, a special meeting of the Party Committee of China Salt Industry Co., Ltd. was held to study the custody of China National Salt Corporation by the China Salt Research Institute.In October 2020, according to the notice of China Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd. (Zhongyan Fa Manpower [2020] No. 29), China Salt Guoben Salt Industry Co., Ltd. was transferred to the management of China Salt Engineering Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., and China Salt Guoben Salt Industry Co., Ltd. will no longer be directly managed by China Salt Industry Co., Ltd.
